To enjoy the benefits of concierge services, you must join our roster of House Accounts—monthly retainer information upon request. The trades I have cultivated over the years help me to realize my clients’ visions flawlessly. They execute my designs as well as perform maintenance and restoration for our Second Home Property Management (NYC) projects. 

  • Domestic employee management and training.
  • Set up House manual with schedules and duties.
  • Monthly service of bills payments – checks or online payment. (a “house account” can be set up with any bank).
  • Home Office assistant bookkeeping and filing systems.
  • Audio/Visual on call assistance with installation and instructions.
  • Security System Management 24 hours on-call service.
  • Supervise Plant installation and maintenance.
  • Air conditioning and heating system maintenance.
  • Supervise Household moves (local and international). Inventory, estimates, appraisals, checklists, scheduling.
  • Reorganizing and downsizing households.
  • Set up all utilities and cable services.

Second Home Property Management NYC

Pricing of Services

  • Time spent on each activity is logged providing a detailed accounting of the processes involved in completing each task.
  • Services are charged at $150 an hour. Time is billed in six minute increments.
  • All out-of-pocket expenses including Fed Ex, messenger services, travel, parking, postage and deliveries are logged in daily with receipts and considered reimbursable expenses.
  • Purchases of products and trade services are priced at net cost plus 10% commission.
  • All Property management clients are billed a monthly retainer and enjoy 24/7 access to our services.
  • Clients receive a monthly invoice payable within 10 days of receipt.
